NoWaveWorries is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed physicians for the purpose of obtaining prescription medications for motion sickness prevention and traveler’s diarrhea prevention. Our Services include an online medical screening, physician review, prescription issuance (when clinically appropriate), and medication fulfillment through a licensed pharmacy partner.

NoWaveWorries is not a pharmacy, hospital, or emergency medical service. Our Services are limited to the specific conditions listed on our platform and are intended for preventative, one-time prescriptions related to travel health.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services.
• You must be a resident of the United States.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and the medical intake process.
• You must have a valid U.S. shipping address for medication delivery.

4. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. All prescribing decisions are made solely by the reviewing licensed physician based on your individual medical history and screening responses.

Our Services do not replace your primary care physician or establish an ongoing doctor-patient relationship. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Payment and Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include the physician consultation, prescription (if approved), and standard shipping.
• Payment is collected at the time of submission, before physician review.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already submitted.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By submitting payment, you also agree to Stripe’s terms of service.

7. Refund Policy

• If the reviewing physician denies your prescription request, you will receive a full refund.
• If your order cannot be fulfilled before your departure date, you may request a full refund.
• No refunds are issued after a prescription has been approved and sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

8. Telehealth Consent

By using our Services, you consent to receive telehealth services, including asynchronous physician review of your medical information. You understand that:

• A physician may need to contact you by phone if required by state law or clinical judgment.
• Telehealth consultations have limitations compared to in-person visits.
• The physician may determine that a prescription is not appropriate for you.
• You should seek in-person care for conditions outside the scope of our Services.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete medical information.
• Use the Services for any purpose other than obtaining legitimate medical care for yourself.
• Attempt to obtain medications for another person using your account.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoWaveWorries and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
